Return & Exchange Policy




Overview

  • All sales are final — we do not issue cash refunds. Returns are accepted only for store credit. Exchanges are welcome and must be arranged through our Customer Service team.


 


Return Eligibility

  • Returns for store credit are accepted within 30 days of delivery (adjustable to your preference).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include all original tags/packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
  • The following items are ineligible for returns: gift cards, downloadable/digital products, perishable goods, personalized/custom items, and any item marked “Final Sale.” (Customize this list to fit your inventory.)

 


 

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective or arrived damaged, contact Customer Service immediately (within 30 days) with photos and your order number.
  • For verified defects or shipping damage, we will offer an exchange or store credit. We may, at our discretion, cover return shipping for these cases.

 


 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Service at support@staymelo.com with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you want to return or exchange
    • Reason for return and photos if item is damaged/defective
  2. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the RMA, using a trackable, insured method. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  4. Exchanges: To exchange an item, contact Customer Service. We will assist with either sending the replacement once the original is received and inspected, or with placing a new order and issuing store credit for the returned item.

 


 

Processing & Store Credit

  • Returns are inspected upon receipt. Store credit is issued after inspection and will be applied to your account or issued as a digital store credit code.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive the return for store credit to be issued.
  • Store credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively to original orders.
  • Store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue (adjustable).



 

Shipping Costs & Restocking

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a prepaid return label is provided, shipping costs may be deducted from the store credit unless the return is due to our error.


 


Other Terms

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet the policy requirements.
  • This policy is subject to change; the version posted at time of purchase governs that sale.
